The Second Giove or "Giove II" has 2 x 1.8ltr boilers both PID controlled: 1 boiler is dedicated to producing hot water and steam, while the other boiler looks after your brewing. Both fully adjustable to 1 degree - made very simple with the control module on the front of the unit (shown above).
